All work performed will be completed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work. Any changes, additions, or modifications to the scope must be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Additional charges may apply for work outside the original scope.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Warranties and Guarantees

JPY Services warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion and we will address the issue at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or events outside our control.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. If a deposit has been paid and cancellation is made with adequate notice, the deposit will be refunded in full.
